The delivery fee varies depending on the delivery location. At the moment the shipping charge is free, which is only for a limited time period.
Please Note: Delivery outside the valley is available only for pre-paid customers. Cash on Delivery is not available outside the Kathmandu Valley.
Delivery normally takes up to 24 hours in Kathmandu Valley. In some cases, it can take up to 2-3 days within Kathmandu Valley.
Outside Kathmandu Valley, it can take up to 3-4 business days.
We offer exchange only on items that have manufacturing defects and misplaced orders. This exchange has to be claimed within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product that you wish to exchange should not be damaged or used. It must be as it was delivered with all the packaging and tags intact on it. For example, if you want to return shoes, they should be packed only in their original shoe box.
Refunds are not available. When you return products with manufacturing defects, a new product will be replaced upon the return of the product which can take up to 7 days.
Please Note: Products from stock clearance, hefty sales, or last chance sales will not be accepted for exchange or return. This sale will come with a notice and will be different from the rest of the products section for you to know.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of 1 business day?
Sometimes, we encounter issues such as system errors, lack of availability of products, and manpower being affected due to various issues such as health. On Saturday or other holidays, we might not be able to deliver within 24 hours. However, shipping in these conditions will be fulfilled within 2-3 days of placing the order.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time within the Kathmandu Valley is usually 24 hours. However, in the case of the above mentioned issues in 2, it can take up to 2-3 days.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, etc) on items sold by sellers on Goldstar?
There are no hidden charges when you purchase on Goldstar Shoes. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Delivery policy.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible Logistics team will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case the pick-up could not be arranged through logistics, you can return the item to your assigned nearest showroom.
